WEDDING MANAGEMENT
PERF for the couple who want to personally find, interview all their vendors but want everything they planned to magically fall into place ... most importantly have their family and friends enjoy the day fully and freely with them
Pre-Planning
• Detailed meeting to discuss wedding plans
• Draft of customized wedding day timeline
• Review of save the date and wedding invitation
6-8 weeks prior to wedding
• Meeting to finalize wedding day timeline, wedding details
• Creation of final wedding day timeline
• Final confirmation with all vendors
• Draft of MC script for MC
• Principal Planner to connect with wedding party, key family members about wedding day timeline
Week Of
• Coordination of wedding ceremony rehearsal
• Detailed review of wedding day timeline with wedding party and immediate family
• Pick up of all wedding day stationery, small decorations and items for set-up on wedding day
Day Of
• Coordination with our Principal Planner and Shing Weddings' experienced team members
• Assistance from our Wedding Extraordinaire to support the couple and wedding party
We pride ourselves in providing excellent service and support, we generally have our Principal Planner along with 2 team members and Bridal Extraordinaire on the day of the wedding
• Supervision of ceremony set-up and tear-down
• Supervision of reception set-up and tear down
• Set-up and tear-down of wedding day stationery, small decorations and items
• Execution of wedding day timeline
• Management of payment to vendors on day of wedding
