MELISSA & NGHIA Shing Weddings was 1000% the best decision we made for our wedding!! We knew we wanted Lisa as our planner after meeting her in 2019 and seeing how genuine, knowledgeable, and passionate she was about her work. Our wedding was postponed twice due to the pandemic, until we finally got to celebrate in 2022. Within the 3 years, Lisa consistently worked so hard to make our big day what we envisioned. She truly went above and beyond, and our wedding turned out to be so much better than we expected!!! We live in the US so 99% of our planning was virtual, which was never a problem. Lisa was very quick and responsive to all our questions/concerns. She resolved issues seamlessly and was extremely helpful to secure our venue when we couldn’t be in town. Her organization was top notch and our jam-packed 16 hour wedding day would not have gone so smoothly without her planning. She worked so well with the rest of our vendors, and her insider info/connections were very helpful and saved us money! On our wedding day, Lisa and her team were AMAZING!!! We couldn’t believe how stress-free we were because they had taken care of every single thing. We did not expect to feel so spoiled on our wedding day! Anh, Greta, and Jon were like our personal assistants; they were so kind, attentive, and efficient. From the tea ceremony to the end of our reception, they made sure we looked our best, were hydrated and fed; we never had to lift a finger! They also made sure our family and friends were well taken care of, and they were so quick to resolve any hiccups that came up unexpectedly. We had tons of guests that complimented the Shing team during the wedding and even weeks later. We truly had the best day ever and a huge part of it was because of Lisa and her team!! Having Shing weddings was definitely the best investment; we are forever grateful and can’t imagine what our wedding day would be without them!!
